The Current Generation
Braham, Stephanus and Timo le Roux became the owners in 1990 and in conjunction with their employees set up the mission and values of the work force and business. The brothers proceeded in acquiring another production unit in 2013. Queen Anne is located on the edge of the Theewaterskloof Dam in Vyeboom with it’s 25ha pears and 90ha apples. This farm is the source of income for another 40 permanent and 150 seasonal employees.
Social development opportunities were introduced and the example of the groundbreaking Bo-Radyn model is followed. In 2016 another 50ha of undeveloped property was leased on a long term basis and developments are underway. Even more opportunities for future employees are being created.
